You know that the production of specialty coffee makes up less than 5% of the total production of coffee in the world, as well as how it is grown, how it is harvested, processed, roasted and how it reaches you.
You know our products that we are most proud of – the pink bio-compostable capsules filled with 100% specialty coffee and specially selected coffee beans, carefully packed in three-layer packages that preserve its taste qualities as much as possible.

14 years ago, we created Dabov Specialty Coffee with one main goal – to open the door to the world of specialty coffee on the Bulgarian market and leave our contribution to the development of coffee culture. Over time, in addition to specialty coffee, we began to offer some of the highest quality premium teas and chocolates on the market, with the idea that everyone would have the opportunity to enjoy their favorite hot drink. Since then, we have not only uncompromisingly improved the quality of our products, but also the personal care for each and every customer, because everyone who shares our passion for coffee is part of our big family.
We often like to say that DABOV Specialty Coffee is not a product, but a project – it starts on the farm and ends in the cup, and we are the intermediary responsible to both the farmer and the customer.
In parallel with delighting you with the best coffee from different parts of the planet, we also take care of the farmers from whom we get it, because without them none of this could become a reality. For the coffee beans of the highest quality that they produce, we offer a decent price, which in most cases far exceeds their expectations. This is how we give them the opportunity to improve their standard of living – their families and the families of our employees, and this is a motivator for us to move forward.
Therefore, our main priority is the responsible attitude and care for the farmer’s coffee – we transport it, store it in the best possible way and roast it to the degree most suitable for it, so that coffee of perfect quality reaches you!

We’re talking about a luxurious (yet affordable) product that needs a beautiful wrapper that tells its story at a glance.

We chose to put Bulgarian embroidery on the package to show the Bulgarian footprint in the world of specialty coffee. Or in two words: we are proud to be Bulgarians and to be born in our wonderful country. This was the only way to show our love for Bulgaria.
The embroidery is stylized and shows coffee cherries and leafs, so it represents a different look at the world of Specialty Coffee.
