Our five-member roasting team has worked with us for a decade. All of them are highly motivated to find the best profile for every coffee. Sample roasting, cup tasting and lab researches are a daily task to everyone in the roastery.
We use Probat coffee roasters with the latest roasting technologies. In our facility the roasting is monitored and measured using high-end equipment to ensure the best flavour profile every time.
Our roastery can supply up to 1200 tones of roasted coffee yearly.
