A short visit at the farm that produced 2016 Honduras best specialty coffee

Jordan Dabov is at Marysabel Caballero’s and Moises Herrera’s El Puente in search for more great coffees

Right after the hectic days as a jury member in Best of Panama 2019, Jordan Dabov flew to another Central American country, Honduras. There he will participate in the most important specialty coffee competition, Cup of Excellence. Before that, though he will visit two winners from it, Marysabel Caballero and Moises Herrera. In 2016, the coffee they produced in their farm El Puente won the first place in Honduras with 91,70 points.

Before the beginning of Cup of Excellence, Jordan will look for other flavors that Marysabel and Moises cultivated in the past year in El Puente. In August 2018, the farmers family was a dear guest to DABOV Specialty Coffee and during their visit here, they have tasted the coffees we sell on Bulgarian and international market and they have gotten to know what the preferences of the Bulgarian specialty coffee fans. Perhaps they have prepared something just to meet our taste?! Stay tuned.
