Why did we choose it?
Our coffee hunter Jordan Dabov has chosen to introduce you to Brazil through the Brazil By Dabov specialty coffee, embodying exactly those notes with which we want you to associate the coffee continent – notes of sweetness and chocolate, including the rich cocoa and nutty notes that are the result of the carefully selected beans and their precise roasting and which create a harmonious and balanced taste. |

Where does it come from: For coffee to be put in the Brazil by DABOV package, we trusted the Cambraia family. Since 1896, the Cambraia family has been growing coffee in the Sul de Minas region of Brazil. The passion for perfection drives today’s fourth generation of Fazenda Samambaya to produce unparalleled batches of coffee using innovative and environmentally sustainable processes. Fazenda Samambaia, three times winner of the Cup Of Excellence in Brazil (2000, 2001, 2014), is owned by Enrique Cambraia, a 4th generation coffee-growing family. |

Best brew We recommend preparing it in cezve, filter, or espresso. If you brew Brazil by DABOV on a filter, you will feel the moderate balance between the taste notes of cocoa and cane sugar. If you choose to make an espresso, you will enjoy intense coffee notes of cocoa and hazelnut. If you use cezve to prepare it, you will feel the taste of dark roasted cocoa beans and hazelnuts. |

Process and variety: The coffee goes through a dry processing method. This allows the coffee beans to be enriched with delicate flavor notes. When the coffee beans are ripe, they are carefully picked by hand and the cherries are left to dry, along with the bean inside. This is what allows the development of aromatic fruit notes. Variety: Yellow Bourbon, Brazil’s Samambaya variety is a yellow Bourbon. It is sweet, complex and delicate. After tasting different types of Bourbon grown around the world, experts conclude that there is a definition of “Bourbon taste”. Coffee with bright acidity and a vinous (with fruity notes), sweet aftertaste. Bourbons grown at higher altitudes almost always show floral aromatic qualities in the cup.
