Why did we choose it?
In the collection of coffees by DABOV, we decided to present one typical taste coming from the producing countries. Therefore, relying on the rich tasting experience of our coffee seeker Yordan Dabov, we selected a typical Colombian taste for our Colombia by Dabov coffee. In other words, when you try this coffee, you will immerse yourself in the flavors of Colombian coffees – as you imagine them – warm, chocolatey, and smooth, with a coffee taste. |

Where does it come from: The coffee originates from the “Santa Mónica” farm located in the beautiful region of Armenia, Quindio district of Colombia. The plantations are at an altitude of 1,450 to 1,500 meters above sea level, which contributes to the delicate acidity of the coffee. The area is one of the most favorable for growing specialty coffee due to its volcanic soils, temperate climate with temperatures between 18 and 28°C, and annual rainfall of 1800 to 2000 mm. Jairo Arcila is deeply committed to environmentally sustainable practices on his farm, as well as applying innovative methods to process coffee cherries. |

Best brew We recommend preparing the coffee on a coffee maker, espresso machine, or coffee maker. You will enjoy a full body, rich flavor, and long-lasting sweetness. |

About the farmer: The coffee, grown by farmer Jairo Arcilla, represents the best of Colombian terroir. The Caturra variety grows excellently in the high plantations of Colombia, where complex flavor notes develop in the coffee beans. The region’s microclimate and volcanic soils create a unique result in each batch, but with Colombia by DABOV we guarantee you a daily adventure through the foothills of the Andes. |
